The new RV Storage Lot is now open. If you have a Motor Home, Boat, R/V Trailer, Truck for R/V Trailer, Pop-up Camper, Motor Coach, Motorcycles, Off-Road Bikes or Vehicle you would like to store please call our office to set up an appointment. 561-1313 There are 40 spaces available by appointment only.
User Fee Structure: Fees shall be set by the Board of Supervisors for the Disrict The monthly User Fees per space to store a Recreational Vehicle or Watercraft are listed below in 5 Categories:
Long Term User [i.e greater than 2 weeks] who is a Property Owner within the boundaries of the District [exclusive of the Pelican Preserve community ] said property owner hereinafter referred to as "Property Owner"-$2.50 per foot or each fraction thereof
Short term user [i.e 2 weeks or less] who is a Property Owner or a guest of a Property Owner - $3.50 per foot or each fraction thereof.
Long Term User [i.e. 6 months or greater ] who is a tenant of a Property Owner- $3.50 per foot or each fraction thereof.
Non- Resident tenant of a Property Owner-$5.00 per foot or each fraction thereof.
Non-resident and non Property Owner-$5.00 per foot or each fraction thereof.
**There will be a Ten Dollar ($10.00) late payment fee if payment is not received by the 10th day of the month.
